Ring-On Service Overview

Ring-On service is a global corporate phone managed service platform
that is serviced on a multi tenant basis by unifying license management,
billing, MACD, call quality, and operational equipment monitoring operations for
corporate phone services through a portal.

Main Dashboard

Customer can check the overall quality and status of the service through the Main Dashboard.
We provide management of phone numbers provided through Ring On service and monitoring of call quality accordingly.
It provides a monitoring dashboard for all phone interconnection functions, including the number of calls, call success/failure, as well as call quality level (MOS), jitter occurrence status, and network and equipment monitoring.

License Management

Provides a dashboard to check the user's account and license usage status.
Customer can intuitively check created accounts, activated accounts, member/guest status, phone number issuance status, and usage distribution for each license SKU on one screen.
If a customer has insufficient licenses, a notification will be sent to the administrator.

Cloud SIP Trunk

If the customer uses the Cloud SIP Trunk model provided by linking Cloud SBC (Session Border Controller) with the Cloud PBX system, customer can use its existing number and use a perfect cloud phone system.
Cloud Tenants Dashboard will display ther current status of cloud services.

IT Service Management

Key features of Ring On ITSM improve user satisfaction by reducing IPT major issues and responding quickly.
IPT service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, enabling improved service delivery.
Automated process workflows streamline many of the tasks your employees perform, allowing them to spend more time serving your customers.

Billing Management

By automating and visualizing billing, you can easily check monthly solution usage, number usage, and billing bills on the web portal.
It is easy to check usage by branch or affiliate, and separate billing settlement is also possible.

Unified Messaging Service

Communicate on WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, WeChat and LINE using 1:1 chats, cross platform group chats, and broadcast communication.
Alternatively, communicate via enterprise collaboration platforms such as Teams to enhance employee productivity.
